13th July – Meadowside Music Festival – Scouts of all ages with parents and Scouting adults are invited to attend to support the Rotary Club to sell tickets on the day and to support our stand at this event. Last year The sale of these tickets raised over £500 which was donated to us, so please do support this if you possibly can.
18th July – BBQ and AGM – The Scouts are running a BBQ for all those attending our AGM. We will meet at 6:30 when the Beavers will join us on the field. There will be a raffle and we hope to have the same amazing support we did last year, for our Birthday party! We are now 2 years old and have grown in both experience and numbers. This will be a family event and you will be responsible for your own child for the duration of the evening. We will be supplying some loose part activities and food. Burgers, Sausages, including Vegetarian options, onions and squash or water to drink.
27th July – 3rd August – Summer Camp – All Cubs and Scouts are invited to attend, an event has been set up on OSM, please respond through that invite.
11th and 12th September – Return to Scouting – with transitions in school and after the break, it is usual for us to miss the first week back to school and use this time for leader training and programme planning. We look forward to welcoming you all back on either the 11th or 12th September.
